I’m Eric Seidel. I’m an undergraduate in Computer Science at the City College of New York. In the summer of 2010 I participated in a research internship at the Center for Computation & Technology at Louisiana State University, where I designed tools to assist with high performance computing. In particular I designed GetComponents, which automates the process of retrieving source code from a large number of repositories.
I am continuing some of that work through this academic year as a research intern in the Blue Waters Undergraduate Petascale Education Program. My interests are in ubiquitous computing and human-computer interaction, although I haven’t had a chance to do any work in either field. Check out my resume.
